If you meet Drive-To-work’s eligibility guidelines and wish to apply, you must:
- Submit a completed and signed application: There are three ways you can do this:
Submit two recent paystubs (or other evidence of financial resources) if mailing the completed application to Drive-To-Work.
- Online application. Click here for an on-line application. Fill out and it will be submitted by e-mail. Also please pay the $ 20.00 application fee online through Paypal. This fee includes the cost for requesting the most current DMV records as well as the Attorney’s review of your record. Important: If someone else pays your application fee with their credit or debit card, please note your name in the place that says “add special instructions to the seller”. This will avoid processing delays.
- Printable Application and Information Request form for DMV. Click here for Printable Application. Fill out completely and return to Drive-To-work along with the DMV request form and the $ 20.00 application fee by money order.
- Request an application and DMV Information Request form to be mailed to you. Please contact 804-358-6727, extension 21, to request an application.
When we receive your application and payment, we will call you after 10 business days and give you a fee estimate.
We will recommend a plan of action to restore your driving privileges based on your situation.
You will sign a client agreement authorizing our attorneys to represent you. At that time, you will pay an administrative fee based on the facts of your case.
Since our program does not provide financial assistance, if an applicant has no job and no other source of funds for reinstatement fees, insurance, driver improvement or VASAP classes, payment plans, etc., it will be difficult to complete the process of restoring driving privileges.
