Kacy attended a Virginia Department of Corrections “How to Get Your License Back” seminar while incarcerated at State Farm Correctional Center. He had lost his license due to habitual offender issues. His license is now fully restored. “Without Drive-To-Work, I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish all that I did in such a short time. It was life changing.”
